Silver and Rainbow Springs Solutions - Marion County Florida

Welcome graphic

Billions and Billions of clean clear fresh mineral water going to waste every week in Central Florida flowing from the Floridan Aquifer to the Atlantic ocean and Gulf of Mexico.

Political Activist and Artist Don Browning uses his Environmental Art to promote Governor Rick Scott's
Economic Action Jobs Plan around the Silver Ocala Water Resource bubbling from the Floridan Aquifer.

TeamConservation Artist Don Browning uses his art to make a point as director of the Economic Development Council of Florida.  "Silver Springs and Rainbow Springs will regain their economic status as the Best Florida Visit destinations if we play our cards right."

Governor Rick Scott centers tourism around abundant water supplies.  1 Billion Gallons daily is being looked at as a resource that may be going to waste.

Water Czar Don Browning points out that a 16 oz bottle of world famous Silver Spring Water is worth approximately 50¢ per bottle and just 10% of the wasted water could bring $400 million dollars in water sales daily.  At a Billion Gallons the value of the water is $400 milllion daily at 50¢ per bottle.  Browning has a plan to give 50% of the profits back to the people of Florida who actually own Silver Springs

Legislator Senator Alan HaysRepresentative Trudi Williams and Governor Rick Scott represent the Executive and Legislative team that is creating a new and vibrant Florida Economic Action Team.  Tourism and Technology are the key to a quality of life that will attract homebuilding.  Stewardship of our natural resources from a commonsense point of view is the key to success.  Water Czar Don Browning suggests best stewardship practices that are gaining support.  Waste not, want not is the motto,  lets stop using our clean clear springs water to flush out Processed Sewer Effluent and Storm Water discharge.  More on Don's plan for prosperity.
